Farmer’s Cabin

The Farmers Cabin has a wonderful bit of history to it. Once a builders' portacabin, which was gifted to us from our neighbour, the cabin was used for accommodation at a farm we used to manage a few miles away, when the grain dryer needed to be kept on 24 hours a day during harvest.

Years later the cabin was left derelict and when we first started to set up the site, we decided to refurbish the cabin. We reused as many materials as we could and kitted it out with furniture including a bed which was made out of old fence posts and a cattle trough.

The cabin is now an ideal choice for a home away from home, the cabin’s layout is studio-style: offering a chic brand new kitchen, a relaxing double bed and a sofa for the ultimate comfort during your stay. It also boasts panoramic views of the farm’s scenery through large windows, perfect for lazy days or morning coffee at the built-in breakfast bar.

You have access to Starlink wifi and a smart tv and plenty DVDs to keep you occupied.
